  Was trying to return some rank that I had just bought a few weeks ago and didn’t actually use but just kept getting accused of bringing rank from my unit to return.

  There is essentially zero customer service, the people who measure you for dress uniforms are helpful. The biggest issue is the alterations section, when you walk in you can almost feel hatred and anger bearing down on you. It’s better to buy your uniforms at military clothing and take everything to Old Sarge Surplus on Bragg Blvd for alterations.
